Why Your Support Is So Vital
Your fellow American Patriots need you to help fund their proper defense.

Without people like you to rise to the occasion and contribute money
to their legal fees and expenses, these non-violent and peaceful demonstrators will not get a fair trial in court.

We aim to raise $5 million for legal defense funds to be able to preserve our Republic. Defense lawyers estimate that the U.S. Government may spend over $100 million prosecuting people who — with a few exceptions — protested peacefully on January 6, 2021. We are not supporting anyone who committed any violence, harmed any police officers, or damaged any property in relation to January 5-6, 2021.

We are coming to the defense of patriots who are being persecuted as a campaign against all conservatives, the MAGA movement, and Donald Trump and his family. The deep state is making it clear that their goal is to prosecute Donald Trump so that Democrats can steal the 2024 election by abusing the courts.

Already, the “justsecurity” website has a model indictment to show how they want Donald Trump prosecuted.

The politicized persecution of January 6 Defendants is growing worse by the day, including those who just stepped on the Capitol grounds to demonstrate on January 6, 2021.

On their way to targeting Trump, the swamp creatures are persecuting the MAGA movement to get Trump and his family. Ordinary citizens are being trampled as a line of defense in front of Trump.

Please note that this is different from election issues. Donors are protected under the U.S. Supreme Court’s precedent of NAACP v. Alabama, 357 U.S. 449 (1958). Donors will not be disclosed and donors’ identities are protected by the U.S. Constitution, First Amendment, under binding federal precedent. This is very different from an election campaign. There is no requirement for The Fund to collect any information or to keep any information or disclose any information about donors in any amount.

The Fund will not collect information or keep any information on donors. Consider it like this: Burger King is not required to keep names of who buys their hamburgers. They are only required to report the total income earned at the end of the year. In the same way, The Fund will report its total revenue received at the end of the year on its non-profit tax return Form 990, but will not keep information on or report the names or identities of individual donors, in full compliance with state and local laws.

Recognition of tax deductible status is pending, and tax deductions for donations should be available retroactively to The Fund’s beginning.

The legal defense fund is hiring both an independent C.P.A. auditor and a Treasurer and will provide full transparency and accountability to give confidence to donors. However, The Fund believes that it has no obligation to indulge idle curiosity of those who are not prospective donors.

Independent annual audits from an independent Certified Public Accountant will be published along with its annual IRS Form 990, according to standard rules. Necessary expenses, administration and start-up costs will be transparently reported.

The legal defense fund is a non-stock corporation. That means there are literally no shareholders and The Fund is not permitted to issue any shares of stock. So it is automatically and legally non-profit. It is organized by its legal documents and operated in practice in compliance with the rules for an IRS Code 501(c)(3) tax deductible, non-profit organization.
